Management advice – a more basic advice package on how to best manage a site or options that would be most appropriate. This could be a garden, small parcel of land or a much larger site and could focus on habitats or specific species.

 

Management plans – a more in depth look at a site with a long term vision, management prescriptions and plan of action that takes into account a wide range of environmental and cultural factors.

 

How we create a management plan:

•    Firstly, we look at the background of the site and its place within the landscape.
•    We then identify the key features/species/habitats and focus on targets for the site,
•    Identify appropriate management over a suitable timescale. 
•    Working with the client we design a plan that is realistic and offers the most suitable option for nature recovery.
•    Identify a monitoring programme.
